Handling Stress – The GRIND
Jimmy Wan’s Charity Competition – The GRIND Life
Self-Medicate
We all carry baggage around with us. Whether it be baggage from your childhood, past relationships, or just current stress from your business or personal life. We all have things that we are carrying that are either upsetting, frustrating, or stressful. With that, we all have coping mechanisms. We all self-medicate in one way or another. It’s how you choose to self-medicate that determines your trajectory, your healing, the impact on your loved ones, and your ability to get hit and keep moving forward. There is worst-case self-medicating… We all know someone who chose (or chooses) to self-medicate with drugs or alcohol. It ruins their health, their relationships, and in many cases, their entire lives. Maybe you’re not turning to worst-case self-medicating, but you’re doing less-than-healthy things that aren’t helping you grow in the long run. Binging on Netflix, playing hours of video games every day, pigging out on junk food… a lot of this stuff in moderation is fine, but if it’s the way you’re self-medicating, it will catch up with you. Let’s talk best-case self-medicating. I self-medicate daily! How? MIND, BODY, SPIRIT!!! If you know me, or follow the content that I put out, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. But I mean whole-heartedly that this is my form of self-medicating. I know that when I’m making a daily effort to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually, I’M GOOD! I can handle stress. I can shut out negativity. I can deal with anything that comes my way. My stress & baggage aren’t going to be transferred to my wife & kids. MBS is my medication, and it’s the only option to handle things in a healthy way. YOU HAVE TO BE ON MIND, BODY, SPIRIT! No worries, using Klonopin (Clonazepam) for over a year. So far nothing noted. Actually during that time had no single attack. I also changed my life rhythm, so may be that works in complex, but for sure its approved from my side. Give it a shot if your doctor allows, and if you get the green light, small tip – I normally order it on website https://buyklonopintabs.com to be sure on the quality. How? It’s surprisingly simple, but it requires discipline. The discipline is the hard part. You must commit to growing in each area daily. For me, it’s reading books that will help me grow mentally, talking with mentors, getting in a good workout, and some scripture and prayer each day. For you, maybe it’s an uplifting or educational podcast, stretching and taking the dog for a run, and doing some meditation. Whatever your specific process is, it’s gotta be mind, body, spirit. I’ve said it a thousand times and I’ll say it a thousand more. Mind, Body, Spirit!
