Count money, man.
Money, man.
Stacked riches.
I'm trying to told him I'm a beast, but...
What's up, gang?
Welcome back to another episode of The Grindcast.
Get ready.
It's a new day.
We got to turn up the intensity.
Crank up the intensity.
The higher the goal, the higher the intensity.
The lower the goal, the lower the intensity.
So to crank up the intensity is about having a vision.
If people don't think that you're crazy,
your vision probably isn't big enough,
and the intensity probably isn't big enough.
And this is where you gotta get outside of your comfort zone.
I know everybody is themself.
Intensity don't mean you gotta jump high, jump up, jump up and down.
It don't mean you gotta scream and yell.
It's about intentionality.
Passion, enthusiasm.
But you gotta be...
To accomplish great things, you gotta be...
You gotta turn up the intensity.
We gotta have intensity in practice.
We gotta have intensity coming into the game.
We gotta have intensity.
And really that intensity is about having that vision of what do you want
to accomplish?
What does it look like if you accomplished that goal
to get you excited enough right now?
Enthusiastic.
Nothing great in the world happens
without enthusiasm.
You gotta be resilient in your vision when people doubt you,
you gotta be able to keep that vision.
You can't lose the enthusiasm because somebody else is doubting you.
You gotta have the intensity in the enthusiasm
when you're practicing with nobody watching you
before you can have the intensity and enthusiasm in front of 30,000 fans.
You gotta be able to have the intensity and to be resilient when you lose
when you're first coming, when you're first getting after it.
Nobody believes in the vision.
People are doubting you.
That's where you gotta be resilient yourself in your mind and believe in yourself
and turn up the enthusiasm.
Turn up the intensity before it's game day.
Before you get 20,000 screaming fans.
Before you got a bunch of people that are cheering for you.
And that's why it's so important to keep your vision clear
because the difference between sight and vision is this.
Sight is, I can only believe what it is that I can see right in front of me.
This is what I see.
See a microphone.
I see tennis shoes.
I see wires.
I see a light.
But vision is seeing things that aren't right in front of you.
And your vision is what's gonna take you to the next level.
You gotta be able to see it.
You gotta be able to create it in your mind to get yourself excited
and enthusiastic in the process before you get to the place where it's time to get enthusiastic.
Everybody's excited when it's time to play the game.
It's game day right now.
You gotta be excited in practice.
You gotta be enthusiastic when you're doing conditioning.
You gotta be enthusiastic in bringing enthusiasm and intensity to the process
to the natural, consistent, everyday thing that it is that you're doing
because you got that one eye on the vision of here's what we're getting ready to build.
You gotta look past your current reality.
And what things seem to be right now
and make sure that your vision is unrestricted by any doubts in your mind.
You're gonna have some of those things.
You're gonna have times where your mind doubts.
You're gonna have thoughts where at times you start to have some of that fear, some of that doubt.
And it's that old, it's whatever you feed.
You're gonna have moments where you're like, man, I can do this.
I do believe.
I do believe.
I know I'm supposed to have it.
I know we're gonna get it.
I know what's gonna happen.
And then there's gonna be times in your mind where you're like the opposite.
Am I doing the right thing in my waist in my time?
You're losing a little bit of faith.
It's whichever one that you feed because that vision to provide the intensity that you need to be successful.
That vision has to be unrestricted by doubts, limits, fears, things of that nature.
You gotta have a vision based on your why.
Like the vision has to be connected to your purpose.
Like, why am I doing this?
What do I see?
What are we gonna get out of this?
Whose lives are we gonna impact from this?
It's so big.
Have that vision.
This is why I'm doing what I'm doing because of that vision.
Because that why needs to be stronger than the current how.
The why is exciting.
The vision is exciting.
The how is not.
The how is not fun.
The how is like, man, we gotta, we gotta, we gotta dig.
We gotta dig deep.
We gotta get dirty.
We gotta get muddy.
We gotta wear these gloves.
We gotta wear these boots.
We gotta wear this hard hat.
It's, we gotta dig deep.
We gotta dig this dirt.
It's hot.
I'm sweating.
I'm hungry.
My hands hurt.
My, my hand hurts.
This is, this, that's the process.
Where we gotta be.
We gotta be intense.
We gotta be intense.
We gotta connect ourselves right there when it don't feel good to like, yep, I can see
the vision.
This is why this is what it's gonna look like when we're done because that vision creates
the intensity and intensity creates the momentum.
Don't you want to work with a leader?
Don't you want to work with a coach that has intensity?
Intensity isn't always doing more.
It's about doing whatever it is that you're doing with passion.
In focus.
Focus.
Not losing focus.
Not distracted.
You can't be intense when you're distracted.
Looking all over the place.
Looking all over the place.
You gotta be intense.
Passion.
What is passion?
Heart.
Emotion.
We need relentless energy.
In focus.
To have enough of that in a series of small wins that builds over a time.
To achieve that vision.
Let me bring intensity to this phone session.
Let me bring intensity to this practice session.
Let me bring intensity to this conditioning session.
Let me bring intensity to this tutoring session.
Let me bring focus to this small win.
Let me get this small win today.
Consistently stacking those small wins will crank it up that intensity.
I want to challenge you to ask yourself right now.
If you're leading people or you're chasing something.
How would you rank your intensity level right now?
What are some areas that you think you need to turn up the intensity level in?
How do you think you could turn up the intensity level?
What are you doing to fill yourself up to bring that level of intensity?
Have you lost your vision?
Do you have your vision written down?
Are you around other enthusiastic people?
Can you get around other enthusiastic people?
If you're not, can you get on YouTube and get yourself connected with people that are showing enthusiasm and intensity?
To let it rub off on you.
Do it one day at a time.
Excitement and enthusiasm intensity can take an eight-win season and make it a ten-win season.
That's doing an X amount of production increase by 40-50% just by having the...
So the challenge for this upcoming week is that I want you to pay attention to the areas that you need to be bringing intensity, enthusiasm, focus, consistency, and stay doubt in on those areas.
Right now, some areas that you want to focus on, people that you want to show that type of people that you want to be around that bring that level of intensity.
People that you could follow on YouTube or social media that bring that level of intensity.
Music that you need to listen to to bring up that level of intensity.
Sleep that you need to get to bring up that level of intensity.
Anything that can contribute to that is going to help you take it to the next level.
Alright, so as always, we appreciate you joining us on another episode of the Grindcast.
Get ready as a new day.
