The GRINDcast – Work Life Balance

I recently got a DM asking me to cover work-life balance. This one is all gonna depend on where you’re at in life and in business. Regardless, you’re rarely gonna achieve 50/50 balance. If you’re young, create an imbalance and grind now so that you can create an imbalance later in the other direction. If you already have a family & other responsibilities, it becomes more about finding rhythm rather than balance.

The GRINDcast – The Golden Rule

The Golden Rule: Treat Others As You Would Want To Be Treated. We’ve all heard it before, but are you able to live by The Golden Rule? When you can get to a place where you’re operating by the golden rule, you’ll be surprised on the impact it will have in your life. We’re all human, but we tend to judge ourselves on our intentions and judge everyone else on their actions. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes. How would you want to be treated?
