Become Undeniable
Show notes
Being undeniable is about showing up consistently and putting in the work. If you approach things like that, the win is nearly inevitable. People can debate talent, skill, & luck, but nobody can deny you if you’re getting the results.

Count money, man.
Count money, man.
Stacked riches.
I'm trying to told him, I'm a beast, but...
What's up, gang?
Welcome back to another episode of The Grindcast.
Get ready.
It's a new day.
And we're going to become undeniable in our mind that
whatever you believe and can conceive, you can achieve.
Or whatever you can conceive and believe you can achieve.
Any way you want to structure the thought of that.
But whatever you set your mind set on,
you're going to achieve the goal.
And we've got to become that relentless person
that I'm getting what it is that we want.
We've heard it all before.
Don't talk about it, be about it.
Talk is cheap.
Let the results speak for you.
Results to me are the easiest way to achieve.
Are the easiest way to shut up the critics, the naysayers,
the haters.
We're always going to have them.
And so, I saw a post by the God.
I don't know if you guys, Anthony Hermosi.
And he said, Rich people won't judge you for saving.
Fit people won't judge you for cutting calories.
Higher status people won't judge you for cutting bad friends.
It's the people going nowhere that have the most to say
because they have nothing else to do.
If you surround yourself with people that only make you better,
you're probably going to get better than you are right now.
And so, I just challenge you to look at yourself and say,
Man, how do I get myself in rooms?
How do I get myself around people?
Just get around the people that are pushing it,
that are taking it to another level.
And how do I get out of my comfort zone?
If you're the rare combination of ambitious,
but you're also humble,
you got an opportunity to even be better than some of the people
that you're looking up to if you get around them
and you start learning their habits and you start being
in their presence and pushing yourself a little bit
because that humility, like a lot of people,
they'll do all that and they're ambitious,
but they lack that humility.
The humility piece will allow you to learn
what you're supposed to learn by asking questions,
really studying these people,
taking notes, allowing yourself to take advice,
allowing yourself to be criticized,
allowing yourself to be challenged,
allowing yourself to not feel like you're the best in the room.
And that's what it's going to take for you to really push yourself
at the level you want to push yourself.
But in the process of that,
you know, I try to warn a lot of our people
that are going to have a lot of success
or even people that I talk to,
that are friends of mine, that are going out
and they want to be professional, whatever,
fighters or athletes.
And I'm telling you, they'll sit here right next to me
and say, hey, remember when I told you,
you know, when you got your first little critic on social media,
you got your first little hater,
and I said, this is nothing.
Like, you're going to have hundreds more of these
if you do what you say that you're going to do.
If you say you're really going to be a world champion,
if you really say you're going to win that many fights,
that many fights, you have a bunch of critics.
And so never let unaccomplished people judge your accomplishments.
People can doubt your dreams,
but eventually they can't argue with your results.
Let your results be the response.
You don't always need to rebuttal.
We don't always need to respond to these people.
Let your response be the results.
Everybody loves the underdog story.
The underdogs are the people that are grinding
before the story even gets talked about,
and spoke about.
You know, I remember my mentor,
like a father to me in the business, you know, Jim Sirace,
and he used to always say,
make yourself an underdog by the size of the fight that you choose.
So you can have a bunch of success
and still maintain that underdog feeling,
and still maintain that underdog attitude
because the fight that you choose is so big.
The challenge that you choose is so big.
And so I would just say keep yourself in the underdog mode,
keep reinventing your mind even when you start to have some success
and then keep doing those things that underdogs do.
You know, the long-term reputation that people want,
the legacy, that's built in silence and in darkness
when nobody's around you,
and that's the stuff that gets revealed on game day
when the lights are on.
You know, I was rolling with Perm in the airport and we hitting.
I'm not patting myself on the back.
I just find it easy to give you real life examples of what I'm doing.
I'm not perfect. We all fall short.
I fall short. No pun intended.
I'm short, okay?
I get off the plane and I'm rolling with Perm and we're walking
and I'm carrying my bag and I immediately flip the phone out
and I start sending videos out to some of our people
because we're trying to break a record this month.
And I'm talking to all my leaders as soon as I land.
And it's like the whole way out the door, I'm getting work done
to the point where I'm just following him around the airport.
I could have ran. He could have ran me off a cliff
or through a wall. I'm not even paying attention.
Because I'm trying to knock so many things out.
And he's like, man, these are the things that people don't see.
These are the things that people miss.
Like, dude, from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed,
it's morning till morning.
You know what I mean? It's just nonstop.
And when nobody's watching,
those little things are the things that you got to do to separate yourself
from everybody else because you know the old saying,
numbers don't lie and winners keep score.
Go ahead and run them numbers up.
Whatever you're doing, go ahead and stack some,
let's go stack some victories up.
But track your, track your output weekly.
Whatever your thing is, if it's, if it's sales, like track your output
of effort, how many calls are you making?
How many presentations are you making?
Whatever your measurables are, track your output
versus the output of the top performers.
Are your calls and presentation numbers, as an example,
up there with the top performers?
If they're up there with the top performers in your office,
check for a top performer somewhere else.
Are your calls and pre-sows, are they up with the best of what you're saying that you want?
Or if I'm an athlete, are my practice sessions, up there with everybody else?
Are they more, am I up there with the elite?
The reps that I'm taking, the reps, the shots that I'm taking, whatever it is,
just track your freaking output.
How much practice are you doing?
How much output are you giving?
Like, if you're giving, if you're getting one extra practice session in a week for two hours,
three days, so all of a sudden that's seven extra practices a week and 25,
30 extra practices a month, and 300 extra practices or 400 extra practices per year,
you stack up a couple of years at that, you know, you got a thousand extra practices.
It's going to be tough for people to close the gap on you.
However, you're going to start closing the gap on other people.
It boils down to discipline, though.
Be an undeniable of setting your mind on something like, I'ma get that done.
One where, hell or high water, that's a pattern of consistency, which are discipline of what you're willing to do,
is showing up consistently.
It's not one big moment.
Those unseen hours of being undeniable, of I'm getting what I came to get, one where or the other,
is those unseen hours when nobody sees you.
Those are the things that determine what people are going to see when it matters.
Talent is debatable.
A bunch of things are debatable, but your results aren't.
When people get results, that ain't really debatable.
Like, you get the victory, you got the victory.
Being undeniable is about showing up so consistently that people are going to see what they're doing.
That people got no choice but to recognize how great you are.
Being undeniable is starts with being stubborn.
Of, I'm not taking that I didn't break that record.
I'm not taking that this person out, produce me.
I'm not taking whatever it is.
I'm just, I'm going to get stubborn with, there's no way that I'm letting this happen.
Being undeniable, you got to be obsessed.
If you look at people that are undeniable, like you just can't deny, like it felt like to me,
Tom Brady was undeniable.
He just found a way to win all the time, right?
How often did you see them losing and he just comes all the way back?
Or whatever the situation was, like, or Michael Jordan, or, you know,
some people, and in business, you'll spot these people.
That they just seem like they're undeniable.
It's, it's, to be undeniable, you got to be obsessed.
There's no extreme balance to people that are really undeniable.
Because to be undeniable, you got to be all in.
You got to be consumed.
You got to be all in with your craft.
You got to be, you got to be so set on what it is that you got to do.
That I'm only going to do these things.
And if I got a family or whatever it is, like, all right, I'm going to do these things.
I'm going to spend time with them, but I'm only going to do these things.
If you want to be undeniable, you might not want to be undeniable.
But if you want to be undeniable, meaning like whatever you want, I'm not, I will not be denied.
If you obsessed your thoughts with it, your prayers with it,
you align yourself with your output and the practice reps with it,
and you're stubborn with it.
Sooner or later, you're going to get what you want.
And then the more that you get what you want, the more that you start to see the recipe,
and that the recipe would be the same if you own the lumber company,
or if you own the trucking service,
or if you own a snow plow company, or a roofing company,
or whatever it is, you start to realize that there's just certain things
that if you apply all these habits of winning over here,
and you apply these things over, just certain, there's a recipe for winning.
Just like there's a recipe to whatever it is that you want to eat.
You think about, well, here's the recipe.
Put a little bit of salt and put a little bit of this, put a little bit of that,
and here's what pops out.
There's a recipe to be an undeniable, too,
that whatever you put your mind on it, you focus on it,
you will not be fricking denied.
There's a recipe to that, and it's called going all in.
It's called being obsessed.
It's called not being outworked, controlling the things that you can control
in your 24 hours.
That I'm going to obsess myself.
I'm not going to let this person get more reps than me.
I'm not going to let this person get more practice than me.
I'm not going to let this person be more coachable than me.
I'm just going to keep showing up, keep showing up,
keep showing up, and doing all the right things, and obsessing myself in my heart,
in my soul, in my spirit, with everything I got,
I'm going to keep pounding the rock.
And one day you pound on that rock, one day you pound on that door,
and it breaks open.
And whatever it is that you wanted, you got it because you were undeniable,
and you were so stubborn with that victory in paying the process.
So let's just pay attention to how bad do you want,
whatever it is that you say that you want right now.
If you're trying to be undeniable and you apply some of these things,
let's get you on the right track one day at a time, one week at a time.
Let's try it out for this upcoming week.
Those of you that are consistent with it, we appreciate you.
